These cookies are set by Supabase, our authentication and database provider. They are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
3. Functional Cookies and Local Storage
Functional storage items remember your preferences and settings to improve your experience. These are not strictly required for core functionality but enhance usability.

4. Analytics Cookies
With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (such as page views and which features are used). These tools set cookies (e.g., _ga, _ga_*) on your device. They load only after you enable Analytics cookiesvia the consent banner or the preferences panel below — if you have not consented, no Google analytics scripts or cookies are loaded at all. Google’s use of this data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
We also use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. Vercel Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use cookies; it uses anonymized aggregate data that cannot be used to identify individual users, so it does not require consent.
We also log structured usage events internally (to our own database) to understand how features are used and to improve the Service. This data is associated with your account but is used only for product development and support purposes.
5. Third-Party Cookies
5.1 Stripe
When you access billing features or the Stripe Customer Portal, Stripe may set cookies on your device as part of their payment processing and fraud detection systems. These cookies are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We do not control these cookies.
5.2 Google OAuth
If you sign in using Google, Google may set cookies as part of the authentication flow. These are controlled by Google and governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
6. Advertising and Conversion Measurement
We do not use retargeting cookies, and your usage of Longbow is not used to build advertising profiles or serve you advertisements on other websites.
If you have enabled Analytics cookies, we may measure whether a visit that started from one of our own advertisements led to a signup (conversion measurement) using Google tags. This measurement is consent-gated along with all other Google tags — if you have not enabled Analytics cookies, no conversion measurement occurs.
7. Managing Cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

- Delete individual cookies or all cookies
- Block cookies from specific websites
- Block all third-party cookies

Essential cookies are placed automatically when you access the Service, as they are required for the Service to function. By using the Service, you consent to the placement of essential cookies.
When you first visit Longbow, a consent banner lets you accept all cookies or manage your preferences by category. If you are visiting from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, analytics and preference cookies are off by default and only enabled if you opt in. Elsewhere, the banner informs you of our cookie use and you can adjust your preferences at any time.
